Dry salted fillets, from fresh line caught raw material, are packed in 20 kg boxes, and graded in the following sizes: 100-200 g, 200-400 g, 400-700 g, 700-1000 g, 1000-1500g, 1500-2000g and +2000g. Other formats packed up on request. They are graded in qualities 1-2 (A), 3 (B), and vrak (C).
